Mapendo Mutambala

Mapendo Mutambala  has years of experience, and she applies her knowledge and services to KCCA/ACCK Uvira organization as our Social Welfare & Outreach. From 2013 to 2014, she obtained a certificate, for professional training for vulnerable groups in the South Kivu province. In 2015, she earned a training certificate from the Minister of Social Affairs and National Solidarity, Provincial Division of Social Affairs of South Kivu. Her professional experiences include working for Red Cross in 2023 as a Facilitator in the fight against cholera. In 2025 she was a Community Facilitator, monitoring the rights of child survivors' gender-based violence (GBV) and children with disabilities. She did the same work in Uvira with AFEMEC. Later on, that year she started working for Action Aid DRC. Recently in the year 2026 she was a Mobilizer and Awareness Officer at Red Cross of DRC where she Faught against cholera, WEC, IMPOX, Malaria, and GBV.  Mapendo is currently living with her family in Uvira, Congo.
