Edgar Correa serves as the Strategic Advisor for KCCA. Edgar Correa is currently the Knights of Columbus field agent for the Central Kentucky area. He has held this position since May 2025. The Knights of Columbus is the world's largest Catholic fraternal service organization, founded in 1882 by Father Michael J. McGivney. It is dedicated to the principles of charity, unity, fraternity, and patriotism, and provides financial and charitable support to its members and the community. As a Knights of Columbus field agent Edgar Correa educates and offers access to the various exclusive insurance products that protect members, widows, and orphans. Before serving as the field agent for the Knights of Columbus, Edgar Correa was the owner of El Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant Nicholasville KY from 2018-2024. Under the stewardship of Edgar Correa the business achieved over 1.5 million sales annually and was a staple in the community of Nicholasville. Edgar Correa responsibilities while operating this business included coordinating and implementing changes to the physical design of the restaurant, hiring and training of front of house staff and back of house staff, regularly review product quality and research new vendors, organizing shifts and schedules, responding efficiently and accurately to customer complaints, created reports on revenues and expenditure, developing events and enhancing image of restaurant through advertising and exceptional service. 
Edgar Correa work as a Knights of Columbus Field Agent and KCCA Strategic Advisor is to carry on the mission to protect Catholic families. 
Edgar Correa holds an FIC designation, Life and Health Insurance license, and holds a finance degree from Xavier University.
